Setting

Magistia is best described as Medieval Fantasy though not entirely medieval. It is (very, very, very, very) loosely based on Medieval Europe in as few ways as we can get away with and still call it Medieval Fantasy.

Government
Magistia is currently run by a single monarch by the name of Danielle O'cad Harrow. She is the last in the O'cad blood line and married to Ireth Harrow who is emporer of the Harrow Empire. She was once the Goddess of Nature but had passed this identity on to her alternate reality double Gabrielle when deciding she could not both rule a kingdom and attend to nature at the same time.

Military
The Magistian Military is your standard medieval military build. Two of the current generals is Lady Serene Hyne and Lord Nicholas. ((OOC Note: Other than the two player characters mentioned, The military is something of a running gag for how unreliable it is))
